Responsibilities
New customer acquisition: Independently identify potential customers and proactively reach out to initiate business.
Stakeholder management and discovery: Build and maintain relationships with C-level decision-makers and conduct in-depth analysis of business pain points to develop tailored solutions.
Proposal and negotiation management: Create compelling proposals, conduct negotiations confidently, and close deals.
Stakeholder orchestration: Coordinate presales, architecture and delivery — you are the central point where all threads come together.
Market and trend monitoring: Identify new opportunities, analyze competitors, and contribute fresh ideas for campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
Partner and campaign work: Develop and optimize playbooks, implement them in campaigns, and collaborate closely with marketing and technology partners.
Requirements
Experience in B2B sales or the drive to quickly grow into the role.
Hunter mentality: You enjoy winning new customers and closing deals.
Experience in strategic consulting for IT solutions such as Microsoft technologies (e.g., M365, Azure) or in process automation; alternatively, a good understanding of ERP and CRM systems.
Openness to innovation and enthusiasm for our focus areas: process automation, cloud, AI and collaboration.
Strong communication and persuasion skills at all levels.
Structured, self-driven working style and confident use of CRM tools.
Excellent German (C2) and proficient English (B2).
Willingness to travel within D/A/CH (Germany/Austria/Switzerland).
