Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Account Managers to consistently achieve individual and team targets.
Monitor team performance through KPIs, providing regular feedback, coaching, and performance improvement plans where needed.
Oversee client relationship management, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
Support team members in onboarding new clients, handling objections, and effectively presenting the company’s products and services.
Act as the escalation point for complex client issues and ensure timely and professional resolution.
Ensure full compliance with AML, KYC, and internal policies across all team activities.
Maintain strong knowledge of the company’s products, trading platforms, and market conditions, ensuring the team is always up to date.
Requirements
Proven experience in Account Management, Sales, or a similar client-facing role within financial services or online trading (mandatory)
Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is highly preferred
Strong sales-driven mindset with the ability to lead by example
Solid understanding of financial markets and trading products
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English (additional languages will be considered an advantage)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
High level of professionalism, integrity, and work ethic
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
