Responsibilities
Support the Sales Manager in day-to-day B2B operations
Telephone and written communication with business clients
Maintain, update and document customer data in the CRM (Pipedrive)
Prepare and follow up on quotes, appointments and payments
Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Marketing and Operations
Assist with recurring sales and marketing tasks, campaigns and reporting/analytics
Requirements
You are an enrolled student (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Management, Communications or similar)
You work in a structured, reliable way and enjoy day-to-day operations
You are comfortable with phone calls and direct customer contact
Some experience with office work, CRM or customer communication is an advantage
You are eager to learn, detail-oriented and want to develop further in sales
Interest in startups, B2B sales or hemp products is a plus
