About the role

• Senior Project Manager overseeing medical device development projects at Haemonetics. Responsible for managing risks, budgets, and cross-functional team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, manage risk, manage critical path and commercialize large sustaining projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
• Engage resources and coordinate the efforts of team members, third-party organizations, and the client in order to deliver projects according to plan
• Create project team governance to engage cross-functional accountability of costs, schedules, scope, and resources
• Track risks of projects and create mitigation strategies
• Ensure appropriate project level definition across stakeholders
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
• Comply with the Stage Gate Process quality system and enforce standard operating procedures
• Motivate team to work together in the most efficient manner
• Identify interdependencies and synergies between programs and streamline project execution
• Own and create governance to ensure alignment and clear objectives

Requirements

• 5 plus project management leading medical device development
• Experience with medical device development under FDA Quality Systems Regulations, CE Marking, and ISO Quality Systems
• Technical project management in device and disposable product development
