Responsibilities
Drive strategic internal narratives to deepen team member understanding of HPE’s business strategy and innovation roadmap.
Craft compelling narratives and experiences that resonate with a global audience.
Build experiences that strengthen engagement with technical communities through creative formats.
Develop and support multi‑channel communication strategies including intranet articles, scripts, and videos.
Use metrics and data to refine content choices and storytelling formats.
Requirements
BA/BS in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
1+ years in internal communications, journalism, marketing, content creation, or related fields.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills; ability to simplify complex topics into clear, accessible language.
Project management experience.
Technical understanding is a plus, but curiosity and fast learning are even more important.
Experience scripting, producing, and editing short‑form videos (2–4 minutes) is a plus.
Familiarity with Slack, Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage is preferred.
Experience with AI tools and using them to improve workflows is a plus.
