About the role

  • New Logo Indirect Program Lead developing strategies for Hybrid Cloud Solutions with global partners. Focus on execution and driving growth through analytical insights and program management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, strategize and grow the WW Channel New Logo motion for Hybrid Cloud Solutions, together with HPE partners and HPE internal stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates to management, program teams and GEO resources, ensuring reporting accuracy and relevance in an outcome-driven environment.
  • Be the subject matter expert for the Hybrid Cloud Solutions New Logo Channel Program and understand how to leverage and adjust the different levers.
  • Drive propensity to buy (PTB) partner insights, understand GEO and partner needs related to data insights and work with other stakeholders to deliver the right insights for successful campaigns.
  • Develop methodology and framework to identify partners that fit program motions and campaigns.
  • Come up with creative solutions / ideas how to drive more new logos in a programmatic way and execute a rigid Rhythm of Business.
  • Track program performance, develop program, initiate pilots and rollout globally.
  • Develop management reports on program performance and update slides for senior LT team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in program management, Channel development, product management, channel sales, etc.
  • Strong desire to influence and drive better partner experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate independently and make complex decisions in ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to present data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a project-driven environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Interest in and active usage of generative AI tools (like Copilot, etc.)
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
  • Data consolidation skills and creation of meaningful management dashboards (by leveraging backoffice support teams)
  • Proven track record in driving program and sales metrics across – program management, pipeline generation, enhancing partner experience, data analytics.
  • Good understanding of channel structures and channel sales dynamics
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to thrive in matrix environments and work effectively within global teams.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and span across a broad portfolio of products and solutions.
