About the role

  • Business Development Manager responsible for demand generation and channel enablement at HPE. Collaborating with teams to monitor performance and drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for local Demand and Lead Generation
  • Focus on Segment Sales and Channel Partner Enablement
  • Work closely with the Central Compute Category Portfolio Management Team
  • Participation at sales/channel meetings, workshops, internal, customer/partner events
  • Monitor business performance vs. goals
  • Develop and drive initiatives to close gaps or overachieve goals
  • Document goals and initiatives in a business plan

Requirements

  • University or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Profound IT industry knowledge and first sales experience
  • Knowledge of the Compute Market and HPE Compute offerings
  • Business planning skills
  • Financial planning and modelling skills, comfortable to manage business planning and reporting
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of promotional marketing processes and practices
  • Business fluency in German and English language.
