About the role
- Business Analyst supporting the IT Program Governance team, managing project governance activities including risks, budget, and quality assurance. Requires 5+ years experience in similar roles with IT project management methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Support the IT Program Governance team as a Business Analyst (BA)
- Support other Program Governance activities to include project management (PM), organizational change management (OCM), schedule management, risks and issues management, budget management, Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), testing and release activities
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in similar BA roles and project environments
- Knowledge and experience with project management methodologies
- Knowledge and experience with Agile development methodologies
- Ability to generate/understand business and technical requirements and track solution progress
- Ability to understand technical and solution architecture
- Facilitate project technical and non-technical discussions with various stakeholders
- Ability to develop/generate user dashboards and reports
- Ability to organize and manage relationships with team members, client, and solution vendors
