Responsibilities
Play a lead role in partnering with MCT markets & regional leads in launch excellence including readiness and optimization for a multi-indication blockbuster biologic
Build exceptional brand knowledge as well as an understanding of the brand strategy and core value proposition
Drive creation of launch deliverables, content development and partner with LOCs to support their localization
Support external expert engagement program and congress strategy
Drive the agencies involved in content creation and coordinate development in close collaboration with medical, and drive timely and relevant content launches to markets, including approval process
Partner and influence a large complex cross-functional team including Global medical, market access, insights, and clinical development
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing, including brand planning and execution (ideally in specialty care)
demonstrated strategic capability: ability to synthesize insights, competitive dynamics, and market needs into clear actionable strategies & tactics
demonstrated agility & accountability: solution orientation and strong collaborative spirit
strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives
excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in a fast paced, complex, and often ambiguous environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
