About the role
- Assistant Financial supporting administrative and operational tasks in the financial sector for the organization. Ensuring the organization and control of company finances while adhering to internal procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform bank reconciliations, ensuring the accuracy of financial records;
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring deadlines are met and financial obligations are fulfilled;
- Issue and verify boletos (bank payment slips) and payment receipts;
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements for management analysis;
- Maintain control and organization of financial documents;
- Support the preparation and monitoring of cash flow;
- Monitor delinquencies and manage the customer collections portfolio;
- Assist in preparing information for audits and accounting processes;
- Interact with banks and financial institutions on operational matters;
- Contribute to identifying credits in current accounts, in coordination with accounts receivable analysis;
- Confirm customers' advance credits by completing the advance deposit spreadsheet for reconciliation;
- Keep the work environment clean and organized and ensure compliance with established safety standards;
- Comply with the Integrated Management System (IMS) policy, where applicable;

Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field;
- Familiarity with financial routines and operations;
- Microsoft Office suite / Advanced Excel skills.
