Responsibilities
Perform bank reconciliations, ensuring the accuracy of financial records;
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring deadlines are met and financial obligations are fulfilled;
Issue and verify boletos (bank payment slips) and payment receipts;
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements for management analysis;
Maintain control and organization of financial documents;
Support the preparation and monitoring of cash flow;
Monitor delinquencies and manage the customer collections portfolio;
Assist in preparing information for audits and accounting processes;
Interact with banks and financial institutions on operational matters;
Contribute to identifying credits in current accounts, in coordination with accounts receivable analysis;
Confirm customers' advance credits by completing the advance deposit spreadsheet for reconciliation;
Keep the work environment clean and organized and ensure compliance with established safety standards;
Comply with the Integrated Management System (IMS) policy, where applicable;

Requirements
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field;
Familiarity with financial routines and operations;
Microsoft Office suite / Advanced Excel skills.
