About the role

Responsibilities
- Act as a hands-on strategic partner to the Country Manager Italy
- Support multiple operational, marketing, and customer-related workstreams
- Map and document existing processes

- Review and refine email marketing campaigns

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or analytics roles
- Strong analytical skills and enjoyment of working with data
- Hands-on execution mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Interest in the financial industry
- Nice-to-Have: Banking or fintech experience
- Hands-on experience with SQL / analytics tools
- Additional languages such as Italian and/or German
