Working with line crews to provide instructions and supervision during installation process.
Acting as liaison between Gridware and utility companies, local authorities, and community members.
Utilize internal tools to maintain accurate records of installation activities.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in field installation, technical support, or a related role.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to provide clear direction and effectively oversee contractors and line crew personnel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate professionally with cross-functional teams, crew members, and utility customers.
Ability to work independently in the field and adapt to dynamic and changing environments.
