Responsibilities
Identify high-potential companies, engage decision-makers, understand their needs, and qualify opportunities for the Account Executives
Master outreach across all channels: cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, events
Deliver strong pitches and adapt your message based on prospect needs
Qualify inbound and outbound leads using clear frameworks
Maintain a clean CRM and follow your KPIs with ownership
Collaborate closely with your Team Lead and AEs on pipeline strategy
Contribute to internal projects to improve scripts, processes, and tools
Requirements
1-3 years of concrete Sales experience in a full-time position with outbound calling, and understand the fundamentals of prospecting & qualification
Show a strong interest in ESG/climate transition and the desire to learn fast about our sector
Love picking up the phone and speaking with prospects — hunter mindset
Demonstrate excellent relational skills : empathy, active listening, and the ability to rephrase needs clearly
Are structured, organised, and rigorous in managing your time and pipeline
Are a true team player , motivated by collective success before individual wins
Learn quickly, welcome feedback, enjoy being challenged and challenge others
Are fully fluent in English
