Responsibilities
Handle telephone inquiries and digitize documents;

Perform internal controls for contracts within the department;
Monitor contract-related costs;
Assist branches with sending invoices to the tax department;
Support reimbursement, advance payment and expense reconciliation requests from branches;
Assist in scheduling and issuing airline tickets / lodging for branches;
Maintain fleet controls, including tracking branches' mileage;
Support administrative needs of branches and the central office;
Assist the technical team in verifying inventory items and creating purchase requisitions for Delivery and branches;
Requirements
Technical degree in Business Administration / Accounting or related fields preferred.
