About the role
- Consultant supporting a diverse team of clients in financial funding strategies. Handling end-to-end processes from application to successful funding disbursement with a focus on client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end project handling from application submission to the disbursement of funding
- Act as the reliable interface between our clients and the authorities
- Strategically develop and maintain client relationships
- Analyze and prepare client data management
- Support clients during software onboarding
- Maintain digital documentation and ensure the highest quality standards
- Identify client needs early and provide proactive advice
- Relay client feedback to continuously improve the software
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Initial practical experience in project management or consulting
- Ability to work independently, in a structured and detail-oriented manner
- Enjoy strategic client engagement and demonstrate a confident, reliable, professional demeanor
- Fluent written and spoken German; ideally very good English skills
- Strong affinity for numbers, processes, and digital solutions
