Responsibilities
Manage the full billing cycle of the area, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation.
Optimize and standardize billing processes to improve budget control, expense visibility, and operational efficiency.
Monitor the execution of the Marketing budget and maintain updated reports on payments, accruals, and campaign expenses. Provide administrative support to the Marketing Coordination team as needed (requisitions, purchase orders, scheduling, tracking deliverables, etc.).
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure compliance with processes.
Prepare reports and dashboards with key billing and marketing operations indicators.
Support the preparation of documentation for internal audits and corporate compliance standards.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communications, Finance, or related fields.
Between 1 and 3 years of experience in marketing roles, administrative support, billing, or financial areas involving data analysis and report generation.
Experience in marketing operations, vendor management, or budget control.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of marketing is desirable.
Skills in data analysis and key after-sales metrics.
Intermediate English.
Previous experience in the automotive industry or multinational companies (desirable).
