Responsibilities
Responsible for delivering multiple learning services to assigned country and global learning teams.
Ensure total customer satisfaction by interfacing with the client Country Head, Regional Head, and Global Heads of Learning.
Ensure adherence to all service agreements and KPIs.
Lead monthly and/or quarterly business reviews with customers.
Proactively analyse, summarise and manage client requests.
Oversee and manage project contracting ensuring accurate pricing per agreed client rate cards.
Drive and monitor assigned account revenue forecasts and performance against budget.
Manage holiday and absence planning ensuring continuity of project cover and deliverables.
Coach and mentor team members to foster growth, innovation, and accountability.
Align and communicate GP and client priorities to drive overall business strategy and provide added value or improvement to client services.
Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Proven account management experience in a Managed Learning Service or project delivery environment.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive revenue, cost and utilization performance.
Analytical skills, using defined tools and pricing calculators to align to business metrics, with a mindset able to focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Excellent coaching, mentoring, and team development skills.
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and presentation capabilities.
Proven effective negotiation and pricing experience.
Demonstrated success in managing billable client projects.
Exemplary client service mindset with a focus on delivering value and building long-term relationships.
Strong application of Microsoft suite of tools including PowerPoint and Excel
