Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the Product Ops function within the B2B division.
- Serve as the connective tissue between Product, Go-to-Market, and Operations teams.
- Ensure that strategies defined by Product and Business leadership are effectively executed in the market.
- Focus on operationalizing strategy, driving adoption, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and realizing the ROI of products delivered into the market.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and Training to ensure successful product deployment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or a related role within B2B SaaS, fintech, or marketplaces
- Proven success in operationalizing product and business strategies across go-to-market and Ops functions
- Strong expertise in adoption and channel enablement, with the ability to measure and drive ROI post-launch
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to align diverse stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with comfort in tracking KPIs and surfacing insights
- Experience in fintech and lenders preferred, but not required
- Comfortable as a first hire, shaping the function in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
