About the role

Responsibilities
- Contribute to and articulate a bold and visionary product strategy for Conversational AI chat products that drives engagement, satisfaction, and operational efficiency for businesses across various industries.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality Conversational AI products that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction through personalized and efficient interactions.
- Gain a deep understanding of the Conversational AI landscape and the needs of users, leveraging that knowledge to develop new and innovative chat products that harness the power of Generative AI.
- Partner with service and business development teams to promote adoption of new products and features among users, and to identify new opportunities that drive growth.
- Define and analyze key product metrics and utilize data to make informed product decisions and continuously improve product performance.
- Act as a thought leader and advocate for the role of Conversational AI in driving a visionary agenda that positions Goodleap as a leader in providing immediate assistance and support through personalized and efficient interactions.
Requirements
- Preferably 5+ years of experience at product-driven SaaS companies.
- Proficient in overseeing AI/ML-based products, skilled at managing intricate data, processing, and analysis tasks to drive business outcomes effectively.
- Demonstrated expertise in leveraging AI technologies to achieve tangible business outcomes, with a proven track record of successful implementation and impact.
- Skilled in utilizing Chat GPT and well-versed in the capabilities offered by foundational Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Take a proactive approach to action, prioritizing quick execution in our fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in cross-functional environments, delivering scalable solutions that resonate with customer needs and drive competitive advantage.
