Responsibilities
Shape and deliver the data product strategy, turning complex data into actionable insights
Own key data-driven areas of the product to create customer-focused solutions
Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Product Engineering to design scalable data systems
Establish best practices for experimentation and measurement across the product organization
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to align product roadmap to their business outcomes
Take ownership of the product and influence the overall direction of the business.
Requirements
Strong product thinking with data fluency
Ability to navigate ambiguity and translate complex data challenges into opportunities
Hands-on experience in shaping and delivering data product strategy
Experience in partnering with Data Engineering, Data Science, Insights, and Product Design
Capability to work collaboratively with teams across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Leadership
Passion for delivering impactful results and establishing best practices for data-informed decision-making.
