Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the Sealing & Bonding – Construction & Consumer product range
Continuous market and competitor monitoring to identify trends and opportunities
Further development of the product portfolio
Management and maintenance of product lines, including article setup
Product-specific handling of tenders
Preparation of presentation materials
Technical documentation and creation of content for product layouts
Implementation of regulatory requirements for products
Close collaboration with customers, sales, marketing, supply chain, production and international manufacturing sites, as well as the Sealing & Bonding steering unit
Requirements
Vocational training or a completed degree in marketing, civil engineering or a comparable field of study
Initial sales and marketing experience and product knowledge in adhesives and sealants desirable
Independent and structured way of working as well as strong team skills and flexibility
Strong technical understanding of products and applications in the construction sector
Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel & PowerPoint
SAP knowledge desirable
Good spoken and written English for communication on international projects
Strong communication skills and team orientation
Flexibility for occasional appointments outside the site
