Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee projects from proposal preparation to completion, including internal and external communication
- Identify and help address challenges during project execution and in processes to ensure smooth implementation across all projects
- Actively contribute to the development and optimization of internal company processes and tools
- Support in the asset refinancing area
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks (monitoring inboxes, research, ordering, etc.)

- Experience as a team assistant / project assistant or in a similar role
