About the role
- Trainee IT-Consultant developing ERP solutions while participating in consulting projects. Training in software development and project management for medium-sized companies.
Responsibilities
- Intensive 12-month trainee phase with targeted training and courses (e.g., AL programming, Microsoft 365, project methodologies, etc.) focused on your development into a Junior IT Consultant (m/f/d)
- Consulting projects in software development (ERP) – from custom development and programming to implementation at the customer site
- Requirements analysis of customers' target processes as well as analysis and optimization of processes based on our holistic ERP solution unitop
- Support in project coordination and customer communication regarding measures and budgets
- Workshops and training sessions with (key) users related to the implemented solution
Requirements
- Completed degree in (business) informatics, engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration, or another STEM-related field
- Strong interest in new technologies and enjoyment working with new technical tools
- Ideally, initial knowledge of a programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#) and experience working with databases (e.g., SQL)
- Team-oriented personality who can also take on responsibility and show initiative
- Organizational talent with a quick grasp, high quality standards and strong customer orientation
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written (at least C1), and good English skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally
