Responsibilities
- Emphasize client marketing, developing client relationships, mentoring staff, and growing Industrial Hygiene services
- Develop relationships with client stakeholders in the Gulf Coast region
- Marketing, selling, developing, and managing a wide variety of Industrial Hygiene and safety services
- Overseeing the preparation of complex project proposals, reports, and deliverables
- Provide leadership, training and management support; mentor staff in the Industrial Hygiene consulting discipline
Requirements
- 10+ years in a client-focused consulting environment with emphasis on Industrial hygiene
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability
- Education: BS in physical sciences, industrial hygiene, safety, environmental sciences, or related fields
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- General understanding of HVAC and building mechanical systems
- Knowledge of applicable OSHA, EPA, and state regulations related to asbestos, lead, mold, and related HBMs.
- Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or ability to obtain CIH within one year of hire (preferred)
- Strong network within the Oil & Gas sector (preferred)
- Current membership in industrial hygiene organizations (e.g., AIHA) (preferred)
- OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification (preferred)
