• Senior Consultant supporting agile transformations in a global management consulting firm engaging with clients across diverse sectors. Join a diverse and dynamic team focused on Agile coaching and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support agile transformation engagements at team and portfolio levels
• Undertake Agile coaching engagements, including Agile at Scale methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) and Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS)
• Undertake agile delivery engagements in the form of Agile Program Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer or Product Owner
• Support Lean Portfolio Management engagement
• Assume ownership for client deliverables to ensure that engagement deliverables and outcomes are realized in a timely manner
• Play an advisory role to client leaders in industry sectors, and support other consultants within the WX practice
• Contribute to WX thought leadership, intellectual property and methods/tools

Requirements

• **You..**
• We are looking for Agile transformation and delivery professionals with previous consulting, industry or contracting experience.
• 2+ years of Agile delivery and coaching experience
• Experienced and expertise in Agile, Scaled Agile and Product Management
• Holds a recognised Agile qualification or certification (e.g. PSM; SAFe Scrum Master)
• Experience of successful delivery via a recognised agile methodology
• Proven record of coaching and influencing at team level
• Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
• Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel.
• Fluent language skills. In addition to English which is our main operating language, business level fluency in Dutch or French are a plus.
