Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (job openings, screening, interviews, feedback and offers);
Support hiring managers in defining profiles and job posting strategies;
Use recruitment platforms and tools (Gupy) to organize and streamline processes;
Design and conduct group exercises, competency-based interviews and technical or behavioral assessments;
Work with a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion across recruitment processes;
Lead and/or support onboarding of new employees;
Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs;
Manage probation period evaluations;
Conduct exit interviews;
Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies/consultants when needed.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields;
Intermediate proficiency in Excel;
Experience using the Gupy platform;
Previous experience in high-volume Recruitment & Selection, particularly for technology roles.
