Responsibilities
Manage marketing campaigns and projects from start to finish, from planning through execution and performance analysis;
Work directly with franchisees, restaurant teams, suppliers, external partners, and various internal departments (Branding, Media, CRM, R&D, Purchasing, and Logistics);
Maintain clear, respectful, and empathetic communication to align expectations, streamline processes, and ensure smooth delivery of outputs;
Monitor the performance of each action, track and analyze results based on data, and propose improvements when necessary;
Participate in tactical alignment meetings and contribute ideas and creative solutions to the team’s challenges;
Stay up to date on market trends and consumer behavior, bringing insights to keep the brand relevant and connected to the audience;
Organize and execute events focused on strengthening brand presence and creating memorable experiences.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields;
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
Familiarity with Power BI;
Basic knowledge of design;
Familiarity with Canva;
Availability to travel.
