Responsibilities
New NPD launches updates and tasting for inspirations.
Monthly collect on new launches in local market in all categories & on – premise menu, co-work with Tech team for tasting session for local team.
Quarterly updates on interesting launches from ASEAN & APAC, gather key launches and taste for tasting reference.
Take notes on interesting concepts.
Quarterly analysis on Local launches to see movement of key clients in all categories.
Sum up new menu on Tea & Coffee chains, restaurants to build database for Inspiring Trek.
New flavors, new extracts tracking in all categories in Vietnam market.
To be in charge of projects for small / FM clients.
POSM materials build up to share with Distributor for FM clients approach.
Co-work with RI team & CSI team in any projects that need the Local insights.
In charge of request of market sample support from ASEAN and APAC (with support from Sales Admin & Truc).
Support on preparing Trek materials and information with MKT Manager for Local Team.
Support on Workshop materials for Top Clients: Poster, Brochure, Tasting Sheet, Decorating, etc.
Requirements
Fresh Graduate, MKT knowledge background or a related field
Have basic understanding about Vietnam market and Vietnamese consumers.
Quick in capturing the market trends and movements in Vietnam.
Familiar with AI & Digital tools: Chat GPT, Grok, Deepseek….
Strong in: Presentation skills, Data Analysis, English communication, Flexibility and Adaptability.
Have a good sense of Food & Drink tasting, trend following
A proactive, can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.
