About the role
- Procurement Buyer overseeing Purchase Order fulfillment in a dynamic global environment. Collaborating with multinational clients and managing supply chain processes efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Purchase Order fulfillment and delivery processes within necessary time constraints with respect to contractual SLAs:
- Receiving and analyzing purchase request from customers
- Performing required RFQ and Purchase Order processes
- Managing submitting Sales Quotation and receiving Sales Order processes
- Managing expediting and delivery processes
Requirements
- Min 3 years of experience in Supply Chain/Procurement/Customer Service environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ownership to take responsibility for results
- Can-do-attitude and willingness to learn to fill the gaps
- Stress-resistant
- Microsoft Office knowledge(Excel, Outlook,…)
- Advanced computer skills: ERP system (SAP, Dynamics) (is a plus)
- Business English is a must (corporate language)
- French speaking is a plus
