Responsibilities
Lead cross‑functional workstreams supporting GF’s Value‑Added Partnership ecosystem, driving alignment across Sales, Finance, Product Line, Operations, and IT.
Act as the single point of coordination for partnership performance discussions, ensuring clarity, accountability, and follow‑through.
Influence decision‑making by framing complex data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Own partnership performance analytics, including revenue contribution, margin impact, design‑ins, forecast accuracy, and funnel health.
Lead ROI and profitability assessments for partnership programs to inform investment, pricing, and incentive decisions.
Define and standardize commercial operating rhythms, including dashboards, reporting cadences, and QBR materials.
Drive continuous improvement of commercial processes, identifying opportunities to automate reporting and improve data integrity.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry or adjacent high‑tech manufacturing environments.
Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional initiatives or programs without direct authority.
Strong analytical background with experience using Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI (Python a plus).
Deep understanding of the semiconductor value chain, foundry business models, and partner ecosystems.
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to senior, non‑technical audiences.
