- Maintain vendor relationship with 3rd party providers

Requirements
- advanced experience in the Human Resources & HR Operations Service Delivery
- Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Extensive experience in HR operations, including reporting, onboarding, and payroll coordination
- proven track record of familiarity with the specifics in Germany
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Workday, SAP and Microsoft Office
- Strong oral and written German and English language skills
