Responsibilities
Manage and optimize paid channels including paid search, paid social, and software comparison sites (G2, Capterra)
Experiment with emerging channels and optimize for AI search visibility
Develop and execute ABM strategies for high-value accounts
Build and optimize the funnel from awareness to sales-accepted opportunities
Create campaigns with product marketing and design targeting prioritized accounts and segments
Run email programs and targeted campaigns with product marketing to drive pipeline
Design and optimize landing pages to maximize lead quality
Analyze performance across channels and turn insights into action
Maintain CRM hygiene and data quality to ensure accurate reporting and campaign effectiveness
Requirements
5+ years of B2B performance marketing experience with demonstrated success in customer acquisition, ideally in SaaS
Hands-on expertise with paid channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other performance platforms
Experience with account-based marketing strategies and execution
Strong understanding of SEO principles and website optimization
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics into strategy
Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and geographies
Excellent English proficiency (Dutch language skills are a plus)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
