Responsibilities
Planning, coordination and project management of small to medium construction and renovation projects in technical building services (TGA) — heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary systems
Responsibility for design, site supervision and coordination of contractors/service providers
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulations
Monitoring schedule, cost and quality parameters of construction measures
Controlling construction execution up to acceptance and following up on any defects
Requirements
State-recognized engineer (m/f/d) with a completed degree (Diploma, Bachelor or Master) in building services/supply engineering (HKLS)
Professional experience in planning, project engineering and managing construction projects, ideally in a hospital environment
Advantageous: experience in tendering and awarding construction contracts
Proficient with common software such as MS Office; ideally also experienced with AVA software (e.g., ORCA)
Experience with SAP
Ability to work independently and take responsibility
German language proficiency of at least C1
