Community Coordinator for Genetec managing learning programs and community experiences. Collaborating across Sales, Marketing, and Product in a hybrid work setting.
Responsibilities
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Genetec University’s learning management system (LMS)
Configure and maintain LMS components and communicate updates to internal stakeholders
Support the rollout of new LMS features such as gamification, forums and community features
Provide support to Genetec internal teams who deliver programs through Genetec University
Participate in and support the monthly Genetec University community
Create tutorials using our course design tool and publish course templates on Genetec University
Serve as the expert for Genetec’s digital accreditation and badge platform
Create, manage and update badges for multiple programs and audiences
Collaborate with Marketing and internal stakeholders on badge design, branding and updates
Support recognition programs and events (current and upcoming)
Manage and track internal communications and requests related to Genetec University
Contribute to internal communication strategies such as email campaigns, newsletters and webinars
Maintain and update the LEEDS SharePoint page and the Learning section of the Sales Tools SharePoint to ensure information remains current and accurate
Assist with organizing and executing various learning and partnership events
Support coordination of technical college programs and new external educational initiatives
Contribute to the rollout of new programs
Work closely with Sales teams to support deployment of enterprise training plans for large end-customer accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure training programs align with business objectives and client needs
Ensure DevOps, Confluence and associated resource repositories are accurate and up to date
Requirements
Education in marketing, communications, business or a related field
Excellent written communication skills in English and French
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Comfortable working with digital platforms
Creative and collaborative mindset
Positive, proactive attitude
Experience with LMS platforms (experience with Docebo is a strong asset)
Experience with digital certifications, learning content tools or community programs is a plus
Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken (this role requires interaction with our international colleagues and customers)
