About the role
- Principal Product Manager driving Customer Data Platform roadmap at GEICO. Collaborating with teams to create user stories and evolve identity resolution solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Management, Servicing, Sales, Fraud, Marketing, and UX teams
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand data needs
- Develop a comprehensive CDP implementation strategy
- Identify new data sources and onboard existing ones to the CDP
- Evolve identity resolution models and build/run queries
- Be the CDP subject matter expert and gather information for user stories
- Help build product roadmap and define user stories
- Identify new products/features on behalf of the customer
- Measure results using qualitative and quantitative data
- Present effectively to high-level stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 7+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager
- 4+ years in managing Customer Data Platforms
- Familiarity with Graph and Cassandra, ADLS, Snowflake, Kafka, Flink, ElasticSearch
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Fluency with unique identifiers, API, ETL concepts
- Data proficiency for quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Excellent writing skills favoring clear language
- Initiative in ownership of problems
