Responsibilities
Manages unit of assigned FPM Litigation Supervisors
Responsible for workflow, administration, developing employee technical skills, and evaluating performance of FPM Supervisors
Provides high-level technical advice and supervision on litigated cases
Manage a team handling PIP billing for Auto insurance
Reviews case authority and reserves on claims
Accountable for reviewing, auditing, and approving legal expenses
Collaborates with counsel on litigation as necessary
Ensures compliance with policies and customer service standards
Requirements
Claims supervisor experience required
Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
Demonstrated ability to drive results
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2+ years of PIP/MP claims handling experience and/or experience handling complex litigation claims preferred
