About the role
- Quality & ISMS Leader driving end-to-end quality management and governance for Advisory engagements at PwC. Leading complex projects ensuring compliance with global standards.
Responsibilities
- Drive end‑to‑end quality management, governance, and information security across Advisory engagements
- Lead the implementation and adoption of PwC’s Advisory Quality & ISMS Framework
- Ensure consistent delivery excellence, risk management, and compliance with global standards
- Oversee governance forums, KPIs, delivery health, risk intelligence, and improvement plans
- Conduct process and compliance reviews, and prepare teams for internal and external quality/ISMS assessments
- Lead major industry certifications (CMMI Level 3, SOC2, ISO 27001), continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma, automation), and the adoption of modern delivery practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD)
Requirements
- Strong experience leading CMMI Level 3, SOC2, ISO 27001 initiatives
- Background in quality assurance, delivery excellence, and governance
- Solid understanding of ISMS, data governance, and compliance
- Experience managing multi‑account quality programs
- Advanced knowledge of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and code quality tools
- Strong analytical abilities with Power BI/Tableau
- Excellent stakeholder management and decision‑making skills
- Preferred certifications: CMMI High Maturity, Six Sigma, Agile, or security certifications
