Responsibilities
Supports the Patient Care Solutions (PCS) segment within GE HealthCare.
Serves as a strategic finance partner to the Program Management Office (PMO) and finance organization.
Facilitates direct P&L cost estimates across multiple teams.
Partners with PCS Technology and PCS Product Management teams to ensure alignment with financial targets.
Regularly prepares and presents financial insights to segment leadership.
Provides people leadership for one financial analyst.
Advises on investment planning across the portfolio.
Partners with program management and engineering teams to track spend and identify risks.
Drives change management within the finance organization.
Manages the review and approval process for purchase orders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of progressive corporate finance experience.
Deep expertise in product and program finance.
Demonstrated experience partnering cross‑functionally with FP&A, regional finance, supply chain, engineering, product, and program management teams.
Proven ability to manage large‑scale operational and investment spend.
Experience providing financial oversight for complex operational issues.
Track record of process optimization and change management.
Strong analytical, communication, and executive‑level presentation skills.
