About the role

  • Senior Sales & Proposal Manager winning business for GE Vernova through proposal strategy and customer negotiation. Creating new opportunities in a hybrid role within the Energy sector.

Responsibilities

  • Formulates and executes proposal strategy and sales agreements
  • Formulates deal structure, pricing, proposal development
  • Assists in customer negotiations
  • Identifies new opportunities with functional partners to develop new products and services for business growth
  • Utilizes Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve proposal process
  • Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others
  • Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems

Requirements

  • Bachelor and/or Master's degree from an accredited university in an engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial environment (preferably in Energy sector) with at least 3 years in high/medium voltage products or systems in a customer facing role
  • Familiarity with MEA End Users and/or EPC contractors
  • Willingness to travel frequently and at short notice
  • Ability to adopt to a multi-language and multi-cultural environment
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
