About the role

  • Lead Finance Specialist managing operational and financial performance across manufacturing operations. Own P&L responsibilities and drive financial strategies for improved business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Drive operational and financial performance across Supply Chain and Project Execution
  • Lead manufacturing finance activities for the site/region, including planning, forecasting, pacing, and closing processes
  • Own P&L and balance sheet responsibilities
  • Support execution of financial and operational strategies that improve business performance
  • Communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively, influencing stakeholders
  • Advise management on functional and business matters

Requirements

  • Finance degree from an accredited college or university, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in a relevant job family/function
  • Minimum of 5 years of significant experience in Finance and Manufacturing Operations
  • Strong preference for candidates to work in the ND plant / willingness to re-locate to ND
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated experience leading programs or projects
  • Established project management skills
