About the role
- Lead Finance Specialist managing operational and financial performance across manufacturing operations. Own P&L responsibilities and drive financial strategies for improved business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Drive operational and financial performance across Supply Chain and Project Execution
- Lead manufacturing finance activities for the site/region, including planning, forecasting, pacing, and closing processes
- Own P&L and balance sheet responsibilities
- Support execution of financial and operational strategies that improve business performance
- Communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively, influencing stakeholders
- Advise management on functional and business matters
Requirements
- Finance degree from an accredited college or university, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in a relevant job family/function
- Minimum of 5 years of significant experience in Finance and Manufacturing Operations
- Strong preference for candidates to work in the ND plant / willingness to re-locate to ND
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated experience leading programs or projects
- Established project management skills
