About the role
- Marketplace Manager optimizing product listings on Amazon and eBay for GastroHero. Responsible for managing marketplace presence and improving KPIs through customer feedback and research.
Responsibilities
- By optimally presenting products on our marketplaces (Amazon, Metro, eBay, etc.), you make a significant contribution to GastroHero’s success
- You conduct in-depth research and manage our presence across marketplaces
- Customer feedback and communication with internal stakeholders enable you to continuously improve our marketplace portfolio
- Independently record and analyze key KPIs and metrics as part of a monthly report
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with experience in an e-commerce company, or a completed degree
- Ideally, you have already gained initial professional experience managing marketplaces (Amazon, Metro, eBay, etc.)
- You demonstrate strong analytical skills and an independent, structured way of working
- You also have very good knowledge of common MS Office programs
- Good English skills and a confident, communicative manner complete your profile
