Responsibilities
Lead Galapos' marketing strategy, acting as the primary liaison between Galapos and XP's Marketing team;
Execute marketing campaigns, collaborating on concept development and taking responsibility for implementation;
Manage and monitor vendors (PR firm, media agency) regarding requests and action plans;
Oversee content production for social media with the internal team;
Supervise materials produced by vendors and the internal team (campaigns, events, partnerships);
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, producing reports, insights, and strategic recommendations;
Evaluate, select, and hire vendors for specific needs (material production, events, marketing activities);
Manage and track the marketing budget.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Advertising;
Experience managing or leading marketing projects;
Multi-skilled profile, with the ability to coordinate across different departments and stakeholders;
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
Creativity combined with strategic vision;
Organizational skills, analytical ability, and a results-oriented mindset;
Experience in B2B marketing;
Experience in financial services or consulting firms will be considered a plus.
