Responsibilities
Own and drive Sales Plays across the Fuller organization
Develop business cases to grow and improve the aftermarket business
Support the preparation of marketing and sales enablement materials
Drive the development of sales tools
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Procurement, and Sales teams
Provide and coordinate training initiatives for Sales teams globally
Requirements
Strong understanding of both technical and commercial concepts
Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
A positive, customer-centric mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with Power BI, CRM tools, and ERP systems (preferred)
Experience in the cement or heavy industrial sectors (preferred)
10+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Project Management (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
Master’s degree in Engineering, MBA, or a related field (desirable)
