About the role
- Financial Coordinator managing the accounts receivable cycle for e-commerce at FTD Educação. Leading teams and ensuring compliance and financial strategy execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full accounts receivable cycle for e-commerce and in-store sales (locations: São Paulo and Curitiba);
- Oversee financial reconciliation between sales platforms, acquirers, banks and the ERP;
- Monitor and implement fraud prevention and risk-monitoring strategies, especially for digital transactions;
- Lead and develop the team, promoting high performance and collaboration;
- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies, including LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) and audit standards;
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as receivables aging, chargeback rate, average collection time and reconciliation accuracy, among others;
- Collaborate with sales, technology, customer service and legal teams to resolve issues and improve processes;
- Responsible for financial management of e-commerce and in-store sales (cash flow projections);
- Monitor projects and departmental activities;
- Perform financial analyses;
- Manage relationships with financial institutions and payment acquirers;
- Prepare financial reports and executive-level reporting;
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, technology and process reviews;
- Provide training and development for the team;
- Support internal and external audits;
- Oversee the area's budget;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field;
- Experience in people management;
- Experience managing accounts receivable;
- Strong technical knowledge in accounting, financial mathematics, corporate finance, budgeting and financial modeling;
- Availability for frequent travel;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint essential);
- Advanced Power BI;
- Experience monitoring allowance for doubtful accounts (PCLD/PDD);
- Experience with accounts receivable in e-commerce companies;
- Proficiency in English;
