About the role

  • Account Director managing key brand accounts and leading strategies for ecommerce growth. Collaborating with marketing to enhance sales performance through data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for revenue growth, sales performance and providing guidance on promotional calendar to our brands
  • Work in tandem with the Performance Marketing team on advertising performance and KPI improvement, and partner cross-functionally with SEO, Content, and Brand Health teams
  • Manage accounts to identify improvements across content, advertising, and product assortmen to reach optimal ROI
  • Lead weekly client calls and present advertising and sales performance through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, including annual reviews
  • Track / progress towards annual revenue targets for internal sales goals
  • Provide and maintain annual purchase and sales forecasts for brands

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years in a Senior Brand/Account Management role
  • Amazon Seller Central experience a must
  • Exceptional communicator with strong client-facing and relationship management skills
  • Self-motivated with a high attention to detail
  • Must be organized and thoughtful
  • Experience with analyzing data to make strategic recommendations
  • MS Office Skills Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Asana, Helium10, DataHawk a plus
