- Implementation Consultant leading and coordinating post-sales for customer onboarding. Transforming client experience and ensuring technical readiness for successful implementation at Frontify.
Responsibilities
- As an Implementation Consultant within Product Services, you are responsible for leading and coordinating the post-sales implementation journey for new customers.
- You act as the primary point of contact during this critical transition phase, ensuring customers are both operationally and technically prepared for a successful onboarding.
- Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Technical Solutions, you align stakeholders, clarify requirements, and drive implementation milestones forward.
- You proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure all prerequisites are in place before onboarding begins.
- Implementation serves as the central coordination layer between deal close and Customer Success handover — ensuring a seamless transition, strong customer confidence, and a solid foundation for long-term success.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SaaS implementation, delivery, or Professional Services roles.
- Strong project or program management skills across multiple teams.
- Experience owning post-sale delivery phases or complex handovers.
- Client-facing experience leading implementation or delivery kick-offs.
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
- Interest in shaping and evolving processes.
- Sufficient technical fluency to:
- Understand DAM / content platform concepts.
- Identify gaps or risks.
- Know when to involve technical specialists.
- Experience with DAM, CMS, PIM, or MarTech platforms.
- Experience working closely with Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Exposure to integrations (SSO, CMS, APIs) at a coordination level.
- Experience helping define or scale delivery or implementation processes.
- Background in digital agencies, consultancies, or platform implementations.
- PMP Certification.
