As a Product Experience Specialist at Kulu, you'll own product quality ensuring reliability and user experience. This contract role comes with a clear path to full-time based on impact.
Responsibilities
Own product quality and maintain exceptional standards across Kulu
Systematically test the product end-to-end
Surface experiential issues and identify capability gaps
Validate new features and agent capabilities before they go live
Document issues clearly with reproduction steps and supporting evidence
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure issues are well-understood
Test AI behaviour and flag UX issues
Observe user behaviours and document capability gaps
