Responsibilities
Develop new formulations and refine existing formulations in close collaboration with Marketing and Portfolio Management
Manage projects from concept to implementation at our bottling sites
Produce development samples in our sample lab
Coordinate and conduct sensory tests with our sensory panel
Onboard new bottling partners on behalf of Product Development
Ensure compliance with food regulatory requirements during product development
Monitor manufacturability of new formulations with respect to capacities, raw material supply and quality specifications
Maintain close coordination with Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement and Quality Management
Further develop procedures and ensure cross-departmental adherence to product development processes
Requirements
Degree in beverage technology, food technology, nutritional science (Ökotrophologie) or a comparable field
Experience in sample production/laboratory work and sensory analysis
At least 2 years' professional experience in product development in the food industry
Knowledge of food quality management, including common quality standards
Very good German and English, both written and spoken
