About the role
- IT System Administrator / Fachinformatiker responsible for IT infrastructure and digital transformation. Working in a team to optimize network, hardware, and software operations in Frittenwerk.
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the stable operation, maintenance and continuous development of our IT infrastructure
- You analyze, plan and implement new and changed requirements in our IT systems
- You select hardware and software components, procure them and configure them accordingly
- You carry out IT security audits and regular infrastructure checks
- You ensure effective incident resolution in the areas of network, hardware and software
- You create, maintain and further develop technical documentation (e.g., architecture descriptions and requirements analyses)
- You work closely with internal departments and external service providers to continuously optimize our IT landscape
- You train and support our restaurant managers and staff at headquarters
- You actively shape and further develop cross-branch IT processes and training concepts
Requirements
- You have successfully completed vocational training as an IT Specialist in System Integration (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification, such as a degree in IT
- You have at least three years of relevant professional experience
- You have solid knowledge of network technologies and modern IT infrastructures
- You have experience with Microsoft technologies, in particular Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Azure cloud services
- You work independently, in a structured manner and with a solution-oriented approach
- You have practical skills and are confident working with hardware components
- You are strong in communication, service-oriented and enjoy taking responsibility
- You are willing to visit our branches occasionally
