Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for Foundervine and organisations supported through Canopy, from role definition to offer stage.
Partner with founders, hiring managers, and leadership teams to understand hiring needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
Source and engage high-quality candidates across multiple sectors, building strong and diverse talent pipelines.
Manage candidate screening, interviews, and hiring processes to ensure structured, fair, and efficient decision-making.
Build and improve recruitment systems, workflows, and tools to increase hiring efficiency and scalability.
Provide insights on talent markets, compensation expectations, and hiring timelines to support informed hiring decisions.
Track recruitment performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring outcomes.
Deliver a high-quality candidate experience that reflects Foundervine’s values and professionalism.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles or organisations
Experience working closely with founders, leadership teams, or hiring managers
Ability to independently manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
Strong organisational and project management skills
Experience using ATS systems and recruitment technology platforms
Confidence sourcing and engaging candidates proactively
Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with senior stakeholders
Strong judgment when assessing candidate fit and hiring decisions.
